Kristine Sewell – First Free MOPS Co-Coordinator
I live a mile from where I grew up and I love it! My large extended family is close and has been such a blessing to me throughout my life. My husband, Josh and I have been married for 11 years and are proud parents to two little ones. I am so excited for this year and look forward to seeing how God will work in our group!
Angela Grove – FGL Co-Coordinator
I’m a Midwest native, born and raised in Minnesota, but my heart really belongs in warmer climates. I like to say that palm trees were God’s boundary lines of where he never meant for his people to move north of. I have two rowdy, fun-loving boys who never sit still. Aaron is 3.5 and Ethan is 1.5. I’ve been married to my husband, Sam, for 7 years. I’m a perfectionist who loves organization. I’ve always had a great affinity for the school supply section. I get great pleasure from keeping and crossing things off a to-do list, and yet rarely have the energy to actually make one. I like reading and scrapbooking, which, with two young boys, I have time for almost never. In reality I clean my kitchen and wash clothes (on repeat) while sneaking in some Netflix when I get a quiet moment. I love staying home with my boys, and I also enjoy spending time with people who carry on conversations that extend beyond Thomas the Train. In my past life (pre-children) I was a mental health counselor because I am drawn to help people who are hurting. I consider it an honor and privilege when God allows me to walk beside others in their time of need, and when he uses me as a vessel to minister his love to others. MOPS is my happy place and I absolutely love serving in this group.
Amanda Lingenfelter – FGL Co-Coordinator
My husband Kyle and I have been married for 11 years this past June. We have attended First Free for 11 years this August. Kyle and I have two boys, Landen (8 1/2), Logan (5), and our daughter, Brynlee, who will turn one on August 15th! I continue to be blessed with the opportunity to be a stay at home mom and grow in my faith along side amazing mom’s and women of God. This will be my fourth year with MOPS. The past two years I’ve served as a Friendship Group Leader and this year I have been blessed to serve as a Friendship Group Leader Co-Coordinator. I look forward to serving and being a walking testimony of God’s word. I love to see God’s work in all the women that come through the doors at First Free MOPS,to see that MOPS isn’t just a get together, but it’s a place with open doors welcoming these moms in to share their stories and for us as leaders to be witnesses of God’s word to each one of them. I pray that God will witness to each of our hearts this year as we spend our time together.
Kendra Jantzen – Finance and Registration
I grew up in a small Nebraska town and recently moved to Adams, Nebraska to give our girls the same small town experience! My husband Trevor and I met at First Free and have been married for eight years. Prior to staying home with our first born, I worked in both the legislative branch and executive branch of state government. I like to tell people that I worked in politics but was not “political”. Our oldest daughter Kenna is six and will start kindergarten at Freeman Public Schools and her twin sisters, Karley and Kayla are three!
I grew up in the Nebraska panhandle, went to college in Kansas and then ended up in Lincoln. I have been here for 13 years now. My husband is from Fort Collins, CO and we just celebrated our 12th anniversary. We have six children, Trinity 10, Kyra 8.5, Zoey 7, Natasja 4.5, & 2 year old twins Ethan & Emily. I enjoy gardening, building things, decorating, and various other creative projects. This will be my seventh year in MOPS and my fifth year on the steering team. I look forward to the upcoming year and spending time with other moms.
Tiffany Maly – Special Events
I’m originally from a small town here in Neb., but moved to Lincoln to go to Wesleyan, where I met my husband Trent. He is a chiropractor and I stay at home with kids (I work extremely part time at Younkers too) We have been married for 14 years and have four boys, Kane (6th grade), Malachi (3rd grade), Elijah (Kindergarten), and Judah (2 years old). This is my 11th year in leadership as I served as Hospitality and Co-Coordinator for 2 years each. I am now in my 7th year of coordinating fundraising and special events. I love shopping for great deals and am passionate about MOPS, healthy living (ok, I love my sweets though), and breastfeeding (my hubby and I served on the Board of Directors at Milkworks for 10 years.)
Michelle Pulford – Hospitality
A husker through and through. Grew up in Lincoln Nebraska. Graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan and then returned to the Good Life state. I am married to Chris Pulford and in 10 years we have had 5 children. I have a small business called Biscotti Mommy with which I enjoy being down at the farmers market Saturday mornings during the summertime and the rest of my time I fill with household management and other crafty projects.
I am owner/photographer at Paris Street Studios. I am married to Andrew, an applications engineer in Lincoln. We have one son named Ethan who is 4 1/2. We love to travel and spend time together. We live in Waverly.
I’m a Lincoln girl as of 7th grade. Before becoming a mom, I taught 6th grade English at Lefler. Right now, I am finding many teaching opportunities with my 5 year old, Jack, 3 year old, Daphne, and 1 year old, Charlie. I am lucky enough to be married to Brandon and we will be celebrating our 11th year anniversary this year. My favorite place to look at stars is from the Holmes Lake Observatory on a clear fall night.
I am from Axtell, Ne. My husband’s name is Kent. I have 2 grown children and my daughter, Mary Rose, is an 8 year old, who is in 2nd grade at Lincoln Christian. I have taught the Moppets the last 11 years and this is my 2nd year coordinating. It is very exciting to have former moppets helping us teach this year’s children about Jesus!
