Souper Summary

Ham/Bean Soup


1 spiral ham bone (I cut all the meat that was pre-cut off)  I don’t use the glaze, either.
1 48oz Randall’s jar great northern beans
Place beans in crock pot along with ham bone, onion, celery and carrots.  Fill the pot with water to cover and cook for about 6 hours.  Take the ham bone out and cut the rest of the meat off the bone and place the meat back in the crock pot.  You can also add some of the meat that was cut off earlier if you desire a “meatier” soup.   Ready to eat!  So easy…
